Car MOT, Servicing & Repairs at MOT Supercentre in Andover & Tidworth

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. My car had several issues that needed investigating and repairing, and from start to finish the service was outstanding.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get my car sorted. Henry on reception was fantastic he kept me regularly updated, made numerous calls to my warranty provider (who were extremely difficult to deal with), and always took the time to explain what was happening.
Ross, who worked on my car, was equally excellent. He called me personally to keep me informed of the progress of the repairs and provided realistic timescales for completion. I’d also like to thank the other members of the team involved in fixing my car. Unfortunately, I didn’t get everyone’s names, but it was clearly a team effort and I’m very grateful for all of their hard work.
What really stood out was how much effort they put into helping me gather evidence to support a claim against the warranty provider and dealership. They genuinely went out of their way to help, and I really appreciated the support during what was a stressful situation.
My husband and I have been using this garage for the past six years since moving to the area, and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The level of customer service, communication, honesty, and professionalism is second to none.
A huge thank you to the whole team, you’ve once again proved why you have our loyalty and trust.
